We want you to love your Salt Water Sandals, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the soles remain unmarked by trying them on a carpeted surface.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sandals

  Place the unworn sandals back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
